By accessing or using Sirrum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sirrum provides a unified AI access layer that allows users to interact with various AI models through a single account. The Service includes AI model routing, persistent memory features, OAuth-based app authorization, and related functionality.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Exceed fair use limits through automated or excessive requests

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store conversation data and memory as part of the Service. You retain ownership of your data and may export or delete it at any time.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service routes requests to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). Your use is also subject to the terms of service of these providers. We are not responsible for the output or behavior of third-party AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
